Passive Profit Armory
Refers to our company, the provider of digital products that you can edit, customize, and resell.

Private Label Rights (PLR) Products: Digital products you can edit, rebrand, and sell to end users under personal or commercial use licenses.

Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products
Digital products you can customize, sell as your own, and pass on resell rights to your customers.

You or Licensee
The individual or entity that has acquired digital products from Passive Profit Armory.

Sell to End Users: Sell under personal use or commercial use terms only.

Use as Lead Magnets: Offer free for list-building (end-user access only).

Create Physical Products: Print and sell as physical items such as books, planners, or stickers.

Exploit the License in Bad Faith
While reselling is allowed, the value of the products must be preserved. You may not:

• Sell products at extremely low prices that devalue the content
• Flood freebie sites or social platforms with mass giveaways
• Give away large quantities of products for free
• Offer massive bundles for pennies or as part of “too good to be true” schemes
• Create unrealistically low-priced memberships with excessive product volumes

Master Resell Rights (MRR) License

You are allowed to sell and redistribute these digital products through your own store, membership site, or marketplace listings.

Transfer Resell Rights
You may pass on the same Master Resell Rights to your customers, allowing them to resell the products as well.

You can rebrand, edit, bundle, and sell the products as part of your business offerings. Whether you list them as-is or customize them to fit your brand, you keep 100% of the profit.

Sell Individually or in Bundles
You have full flexibility to sell products one by one or group them into value-packed bundles.

Use as Lead Magnets or Giveaways
Offer the products as free downloads or list-building tools to grow your audience and build trust.
